Payment & Deposits
For all work up to £5,000 we require a 50% deposit and the balance to be paid after work is completed, giving you peace of mind and ensuring you are happy with the end result.
Please note that all prices exclude VAT.

What's included with the fixed-price labour?
We provide demolition, waste disposal, fitting of bathroom and tiling. Our pricing is based on approximate bathroom sizes and can be seen as providing all the labour needed to refurbish your bathroom. These labour cost automatically also include building materials needed throughout the project which we will supply.
How much does it cost to renovate a bathroom?

Do you supply fixtures?
Yes we do. Our pre-built assembly of 6 bathroom fixtures (shower head, toilet and cistern, bath, bath taps, basin and basin taps) cost only an additional £1499 excluding VAT.
You can also happily supply your own fixtures which we can then fit. Alternatively, we can facilitate any fixtures within your budget from our reputable suppliers.
Do you supply bathroom cupboards?
Yes we can facilitate. You can either suggest your preferred supplier of bathroom cupboards or use our trusted suppliers.
Do you supply tiles?
We can facilitate yes. You can either supply your own tiles or make use of our list of preferred partners.
Our pricing for tiling only includes tiles 30x60cm or larger. If smaller tiles are selected, we will have to quote separately as smaller sizes take longer to tile.
How soon can you start?
We generally are able to start 2 days after booking is made. However, we can start sooner on special requests so feel free to get in touch to arrange.
Where is your service availble?
We offer our bathroom and all other refurbishment services to any London postcode.
